David Snyder, PharmD, BCPP, is a board-certified clinical pharmacist in Belmont, Massachusetts. He is passionate about ensuring the safe and rational use of medications in the adult clinical psychiatry setting. As a clinical pharmacist, he served as a psychopharmacology expert and educational resource to patients, clinical nursing staff, and attending psychiatrists on the Community Reintegration Unit at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts. Dr. Snyder is actively involved as a preceptor for introductory and advanced pharmacy student experiential rotations and is an affiliate faculty member at the Northeastern University School of Pharmacy, Bouvé College of Health Sciences.
Dr. Snyder earned a Bachelor in Science degree from the University of Connecticut. He earned his doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy. Dr. Snyder completed a pharmacy practice residency at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. He sat for his board certification in psychiatric pharmacy (BCPP) while working as a clinical pharmacist at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
