David S. Strosberg, MD, MS, RPVI, is an assistant professor of surgery in the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Division at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Strosberg’s clinical experience includes open, endovascular, and hybrid treatment approaches to complex aortic disease, carotid artery stenosis, critical limb ischemia, limb preservation, dialysis access, thoracic outlet syndrome, vascular compression syndromes, and venous disease and reconstruction.Dr. Strosberg’s research endeavors include the role of simulation and curriculum development in medical student and resident education.
Dr. Strosberg completed his vascular surgical fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and general surgical residency at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, where he served as administrative chief resident. He graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Upstate Medical University for medical training and the University at Albany for his undergraduate training.Dr. Strosberg is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular and General Surgery.
