Gurdeep Sareen, PharmD, serves as the Director of Pharmacy, Population Health at a large multi-specialty medical group. In his role, he is responsible for working with leadership and clinicians to improve patient care and quality of care by improving how medications are used. Before his role at CareMount, he worked in various health systems and managed care using data to drive improvements in quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Gurdeep Sareen, PharmD, completed his Doctorate in Pharmacy from St. John's University and a Master in Public Health from Columbia University's Executive Healthcare Policy and Management Program. Gurdeep has also completed a PGY-1 residency in Managed Care and has certifications in Medication Therapy Management and Medication Use Quality.
