Monique Rainford, MD, is board-certified in obstetrics-gynecology and currently serves as assistant clinical professor at Yale Medicine. She is the former chief of obstetrics and gynecology at Yale Health and has practiced across the United States as well as in Jamaica. Dr. Rainford has written two books, including "The Maternal Glow - A Jamaican Woman’s Guide to Pregnancy" and "Please God Send Me A Husband."
Dr. Rainford is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Medical School. She has been recognized for her academic performance having been awarded the John Russwarm Award for academic excellence and the Robert H. Ebert Award in Primary Care Medicine from each university respectivly.
