Highlights

Being an athlete or active adult is about pushing your body, your mind and your emotions farther than you ever thought possible. It means constantly striving to perfect your sport, your body, your mental focus, and your lifestyle. It means learning from others who are faster, stronger, and more skilled than you are. And, sometimes, it means learning from failure or recovering from injury.
