Scott Sundick, MD, FACS, is a board-certified vascular and endovascular surgeon. Dr. Sundick joined The Cardiovascular Care Group in New Jersey in 2012 and is board-certified by the American College of Surgeons. He is highly trained in endovascular repairs of aortic and thoracic aneurysms, as well as carotid artery disease. In addition to lower extremity angioplasty and stenting, Dr. Sundick’s expertise lies in minimally invasive treatment of aneurysms of the spleen, kidneys, and liver, and the treatment of liver cancer and upper gastrointestinal disorders.
Dr. Sundick has extensive experience as an attending surgeon at Overlook Medical Center, Morristown Medical Center, Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Clara Maas Medical Center, Robert Wood Johnson Medical center at Rahway, and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, and Mountainside Hospital.
Dr. Sundick received his medical degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and earned a master's degree from Touro College in New York. He completed a general surgery residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, New Jersey and then went on to complete a two-year fellowship in vascular surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City’s Upper East Side.
